Tatjana-Aleksandra Aljautdinova
My name is Tatjana-Aleksandra Aljautdinova. I’m a visual artist and photographer living and working in Estonia. In my work, I explore themes of body memory, femininity, motherhood, identity, and invisible connections — with oneself, with others, with the world.

Every project I create comes from personal experience. I don’t choose topics because they’re “relevant” — I live through them. My works may speak of pain, but also of love, hope, and encounters that truly happened. What matters most to me is that the viewer doesn’t just look — they feel. That they recognize themselves, or turn away. That something stirs inside.

Visually, I’m drawn to blur, grain, trembling — to light that feels like a memory or a sensation. I work with photography and mixed media, combining image with textiles, embroidery, and natural materials. Every intervention I make is not decoration — it’s part of the meaning. Like words between the lines. I only use organic materials — intuitively. It’s how I live and create: wood, fabric, wool, clay. Everything real, warm, alive.

My projects are not concepts — they are emotions. And art is my way of speaking honestly.
It is my silence — where the story lives.
